nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
nMonitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff
nAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
nSupport patients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
nPerform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
nProvide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
nDocument care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records
nRequirements:
nActive and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
nPrevious experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
nStrong knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Atlanta, GA area
nCompassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
nAbility to pass a background check and drug screening
