Other Information: **This job requires privileging and credentialing. Employees who are hired/transfer/re-hired must meet certification requirements. Any movement requires meeting the credentials outlined in the job description.Can be NALS or NRP certified. Must be eligible for Florida State licensure as APRN-CNM. Must be Certified as a Nurse Midwife, and APRN License must be active and unencumbered prior to employment. Masters degree is preferred.
