Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Inspire Behavioral Health Center in San Jose, California . As a CNA at Inspire Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. We are looking for a full-time caring and committed CNA to join our team for NOC shift (11PM-7AM).

We are also looking for a part-time or on-call CNA for AM shift (7AM-3PM) & PM shift (3PM-11PM). Join our mission to empower individuals through integrated behavioral health and rehabilitative services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current CA nursing assistant certification
• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
