We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in Oldenburg, IN. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support to our Sisters under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a state-approved CNA certification program
* Current CPR certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
* Assist Sisters with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Take and record vital signs
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
* Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Ability to work effectively with others and independently
