About the Role
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Assisting with medication administration and reporting any concerns
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in care planning and documentation, including resident assessments and progress reports
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communication
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
