Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient experiences. Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities

• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed

• Support patients with mobility issues, such as walking, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including disposing of trash, restocking supplies, and reporting any hazards

• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennyslyvania

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
