Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our full-time care team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you will safely administer prescribed medications, accurately document and report resident responses, and support daily living needs in a homelike environment. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, residents, and families while upholding our faith-based, servant-leadership culture focused on dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
