Contract duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shift: Variable – Days, 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed
Guaranteed hours: 40
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions
- Document all medication administration accurately
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Follow infection control and safety protocol
