Busy Dermatology office is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant. Candidate will be responsible for patient messages, managing prescription refills and prior authorizations, and assisting the providers with minor procedures.
Responsibilities are not limited to: patient intake, prepare laboratory specimens, sterilize medical instruments, authorize prescription refills, suture removal and wound care.
Candidate will be responsible for patient messages, managing prescription refills and prior authorizations, and assisting the doctor with minor procedures.
Previous dermatology or specialty practice experience is preferred but not required.
Candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a flexible schedule with availability from 7:30am-7:00pm for various shifts.
