To support the Digestive Health Center, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Medical Assistant will provide pre-procedure instructions to patients, focusing on telephone communication and patient outreach, with a potential for hybrid/remote work following orientation. Key responsibilities Deliver patient care that promotes safety and well-being under the direction of a healthcare provider Provide pre-procedure instructions and ensure patients have necessary information for their procedures Manage patient outreach primarily through telephone communication Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, LPN, or EMT Certification or registration as a CMA, RMA, CCMA, EMT-B, EMT-I, or LPN Basic Life Support certification Computer data entry experience Wisconsin state licensure as applicable
