Looking for a hands-on role where you can support patients and help a busy medical office run smoothly? We’re seeking a Medical Assistant to work alongside providers and staff to deliver attentive, organized patient care.
What you’ll do
- Welcome patients, take vital signs, and update medical histories
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments
- Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures
- Perform phlebotomy, collect lab specimens, and complete EKGs
- Support scheduling, patient records, and follow-up tasks
- Help maintain patient flow and an organized back office
What you’ll bring
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience, as permitted by state requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- A patient-focused approach and ability to work well with a team
- Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred
- Physician-office experience preferred
