HYBRID RECRUITING COORDINATOR AT GLOBAL HEDGE FUND

Highly desired Global Hedge Fund/FinTech Firm Employer is looking for an experienced, proactive, efficient, and technologically proficient individual to join the firm’s Recruiting Team as a Coordinator. This person will play an active role in the overall recruiting process. Members of the Recruiting Team work alongside Human Resources, business stakeholders, Generative AI Technology, and external partners to advance the firm’s ambitious recruiting goals. High performers in this role may be considered for full-time opportunities at the firm.

We work in a hybrid model where you are in the office Tuesday through Thursday with the option of working from home on Monday and Friday.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree required in any field of study.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of Post-graduate Professional Experience required.
• Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent project management and facilitation skills required.
• Comfort with generative AI and other technology-enabled tools, and an interest in using them to support established workflows and improve efficiency, consistency, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience adhering to operational guidance, checklists, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-service mindset and an aptitude for supporting a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Able to exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team.
• An approach to work defined by curiosity and motivation over any particular skill or experience, reflecting the firm’s culture and the ever-changing nature of our work.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the hiring process forward, while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally.
• Partner with Recruiters and work with AI to execute all aspects of our recruiting process, participating in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and projects.
