Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Role and Responsibilities:

Plans and executes tailored treatment programs for patients across all age groups, adhering to established physical therapy practices. Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory; relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2015.
• Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience.
• Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), licensed physical therapist from the relevant licensing board, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT).

Key Duties:

Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with certification and licensure requirements. Maintain current certifications within specified timeframes to deliver quality patient care.
