Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) – Fully Remote Responsibilities: Prepare and draft Medical Cost Projections (MCPs), Life Care Plans (LCPs), and other future medical reports requested by our customers Review medical records that have been sorted and organized Complete report based on the medical records Execute clear, concise, and thorough medical record summary narratives for inclusion in an MCP or LCP Identify, assess, and document critical elements regarding MCPs and LCPs No deposition or testimony work required Qualifications: Must be a self-starter with more than five (5) years of professional clinical experience as well as recent experience in writing cost projections and/or life care plans Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have keen attention to detail Must be able to meet deadlines Additional Qualifications: Registered Nurse, Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Occupational, Physical or Vocational Therapist Must be a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), Certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLCP), Certified Physician Life Care Planner (CPLCP) or Certified Medical Cost Projection Specialist (CMCPS) with experience authoring reports. Will also consider Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC) with writing and costing experience.
