Qualifications:
- Hold a current and valid SLP-CCC license
- Certified and licensed to practice in the state
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, and progress reports
- Consult with school teams on communication strategies and classroom support
