Working remotely, the full-time Certified Inpatient Coding Consultant will manage training materials, coordinate educational sessions, and provide expertise in clinical documentation integrity and coding compliance to both customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain training resources for the Visit Integrity training program Coordinate and host monthly educational sessions, including scheduling topics and editing presentations Impart knowledge in CDI, inpatient coding, and related methodologies to customers and team members Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher with eight years of clinical coding or acute care CDI experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with eleven years of experience RHIA, RHIT with CCS certification or valid RN license with a minimum of five years acute care experience At least five years of CDI experience A minimum of two years of coding experience
