Job Description - DIRECT HIRE

PRIDESTAFF NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME HVAC TECHNICIAN
Location: Florence, KY 41042
Pay Range: $35.00 – $42.00 / hour
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and licensed HVAC Technician to manage, maintain, and service our facility systems. If you have strong hands-on expertise with large-scale cooling infrastructure and are looking for a stable, full-time role with a global leader, we want to hear from you.
SCHEDULE & WORK HOURS

• Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Additional Details: Shifts and responsibilities discussed during the interview process.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• License: Valid HVAC License required.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience operating and maintaining chillers and cooling towers .
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills.

The candidate must have the following.

• Cooling tower experience
• McQuay chiller experience
• ERV & RTU experience
• HVAC license
