Banner Physical Therapy in Surprise, AZ is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Occupational Therapist, to treat upper extremity disorders and manage a full hand therapy caseload. You will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success.
CHT certification is required; however, candidates with extensive hand therapy experience who are actively preparing for the CHT exam may also be considered.
