To engage in valuation assignments, the full-time Certified General Appraiser will collect data, analyze market conditions, and develop cash flow models while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct data collection and market research for commercial real estate valuation projects Analyze complex scenarios related to highest and best use, revenue, and expense performance Mentor less experienced professionals and manage client relationships to develop new business Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Certified General Appraiser license 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint) Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
