Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Planner to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to clients. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, develop personalized strategies, and help them make informed decisions regarding their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients’ goals and needs.
• Meet with clients to review financial situations, discuss objectives, and provide ongoing recommendations.
• Provide guidance on retirement planning, investment strategies, tax considerations, estate planning, and wealth management.
• Monitor client portfolios and financial plans, making recommendations as circumstances change.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal team members and other financial professionals to deliver a high level of client service.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of retirement planning, investments, and comprehensive financial strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Work Environment

Compensation of up to $125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Hybrid work schedule based in Walnut Creek, California, offering a combination of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
