Experience Required
2 years experience preferred in diabetes care and education/counseling of patients with Diabetes
Education Requirements
RN or MS RD license or PharmD. Masters preferred.
License/Certification Requirements
NJ-RN or CDCES license or within 36 months of eligibility of CDCES exam.
