Certified Dept. Manager — Lead Guest, Kitchen or People

Ruiz McDonald's is seeking a Department Manager to oversee Guest, People or Kitchen functions with prior McDonald’s management experience. This role leads shifts weekly, directing teams to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service across all customer touchpoints.

You will drive training, food safety, and inventory systems, set goals, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and report results to leadership while pursuing ongoing development opportunities.
