To support client service teams in the international trade sector, the full-time Certified Customs Specialist Analyst will manage client relationships, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain accurate tariff databases while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, providing daily support and ensuring compliance with customs requirements Create and manage the client tariff database, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service standards for timely release and rating of shipments Conduct internal audits and assist in compiling performance statistics to enhance service delivery and operational productivity Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of related experience in customs brokerage or international trade High School diploma/GED or equivalent; an Associate's Degree or post-secondary education is preferred Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is required Strong knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classification Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
