Certified Customs Specialist Analyst

To support client service teams in the international trade sector, the full-time Certified Customs Specialist Analyst will manage client relationships, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain tariff databases while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and carriers, providing day-to-day support Ensure compliance with customs requirements and manage the accurate release and rating of shipments Create and maintain the client tariff database, ensuring all information is current and accurate for efficient processing Required qualifications 3 years of related experience in customs or international trade High School diploma/GED or equivalent; an Associate's Degree or post-secondary education is preferred Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is required Strong knowledge of customs processes and compliance regulations Ability to manage large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
