Certified Coding Supervisor - Utah

To support the coding department's operations, the full-time Certified Coding Supervisor - Utah will oversee daily coding functions, manage departmental staff, and ensure quality assurance audits while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise coding staff, addressing coding issues and overseeing quality assurance audits Monitor daily coding functions and departmental KPIs using Epic EMR and related tools Participate in the hiring process, onboarding, and coaching of new caregivers Required qualifications Required - CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist - Physician) Required - Demonstrated experience in professional fee coding, including Evaluation & Management (E/M) services Preferred - Minimum of two years of professional fee coding experience and prior supervisory experience Preferred - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred - Previous experience with Epic EMR
