Providing supervisory oversight to the Coding Team, the full-time Certified Coding Supervisor will empower and mentor staff while ensuring timely and accurate coding of medical records in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Supervise and mentor team members, providing support and training to ensure compliance with coding standards Evaluate and adjust workflow to maintain efficiency and accuracy in coding processes Review coding audits and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance and adherence to guidelines Required qualifications National coding certification required, preferably CPC and/or RCC Thorough knowledge of radiology coding, with interventional radiology coding preferred High school diploma and proficient computer skills, including knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes Experience in coaching and fostering team-oriented environments is highly desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior customer service abilities
