To enhance revenue integrity and compliance, the full-time Senior Coding and Revenue Integrity Analyst will lead complex revenue cycle initiatives, manage project work plans, and validate workflows within Epic, all while working remotely with occasional onsite visits. Key responsibilities Leads complex revenue cycle initiatives and optimization projects across clinical departments to improve operational efficiency and compliance Develops and executes detailed project work plans and timelines for multi-departmental revenue initiatives Monitors, audits, and validates charging workflows within Epic to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Required qualifications Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field with at least five years of healthcare experience, including two years in coding or revenue cycle management Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist - Physician-based (CCS-P), or Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle principles and Epic system functionalities Advanced analytical skills for evaluating complex datasets and developing actionable recommendations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for operational reporting and project tracking
