Providing enterprise leadership for coding accuracy and compliance, the full-time Certified Coding Manager will oversee audits, education programs, and regulatory adherence while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver educational programs on coding compliance and documentation for staff and physicians Conduct and coordinate ongoing audits to ensure coding accuracy and adherence to regulations Serve as a subject matter expert on coding rules, regulations, and documentation standards across various services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in coding, auditing, and education, including at least 2 years in a related role EPIC experience is required CCS - Certified Coding Specialist certification is required Experience in an academic medical center is preferred
