Offering flexible PRN work, the remote Certified Coding & OASIS Reviewer will review OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding to ensure accuracy and compliance in post-acute care documentation while meeting quality metrics. Key responsibilities Review OASIS documentation and provide recommended changes in the approved system Evaluate ICD-10 coding and sequencing from patient chart documentation Document results of reviews, ensuring timely and accurate workflow processes Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in medical coding or OASIS review HCS-D certification HCS-O or COS-C certification Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently Demonstrated learning agility and a commitment to professional growth
