Managing the Clinical Data Section of Revenue Integrity, the full-time Certified Clinical Coding Manager will oversee coding and abstracting medical records for outpatient clinic claims, prepare statistical analyses, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage coding and abstracting processes for outpatient practice clinic claims Prepare and analyze statistical data from medical records for financial and billing purposes Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory agencies related to medical records Required qualifications Certification in RHIA/RHIT, CCS, or CPC required Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in clinical coding Advanced education in Health Record Administration or related field preferred Proficient in ICD10 diagnosis, CPT coding, and Provider Based Billing practices Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and relevant federal regulations
