Managing the Clinical Data Section of Revenue Integrity, the full-time Certified Clinical Coding Manager will oversee coding and abstracting medical records for outpatient clinic claims, prepare statistical analyses, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage coding and abstracting of medical records for outpatient practice clinic claims Prepare and analyze statistical data from medical records for various reporting needs Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory agencies related to medical records and billing practices Required qualifications Certification in RHIA/RHIT, CCS, or CPC is required Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in clinical coding Extensive knowledge of ICD10 diagnosis and CPT coding, as well as Provider Based Billing practices Advanced education in Health Record Administration/Technician/Science is preferred Familiarity with EPIC, claim edit processes, and encoder software is preferred
