Certified Auditing Services Manager

As a full-time remote Certified Auditing Services Manager, the successful candidate will utilize coding and auditing expertise to manage a team of Coding Auditing Specialists, ensuring high client satisfaction through oversight of coding quality and production across various service types. Key responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of auditors, ensuring they meet productivity and quality standards Conduct audits and provide training on coding guidelines while collaborating with the Leadership Team on client projects Participate in client interactions and oversee the scheduling of team deliverables and educational sessions Required qualifications: National certification through AAPC or AHIMA At least 5 years of coding experience with previous supervisory experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel Ability to navigate various EMR environments and review handwritten charts Strong initiative and resourcefulness, with a high level of personal integrity
