Supporting capital markets and asset management functions, the full-time remote Certified Appraiser Analyst will deliver timely valuation analysis, coordinate value refreshes, and build relationships with valuation product providers while ensuring compliance with USPAP standards. Key responsibilities Critically review appraisal reports for compliance and methodology soundness Analyze property value conclusions and assess collateral exposure under various scenarios Support whole loan sales and securitization due diligence from a collateral valuation perspective Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in real estate valuation, appraisal review, or collateral risk analysis Demonstrated experience valuing distressed or non-performing real estate collateral Prior experience supporting business-purpose or construction loan collateral Experience with whole loan sales or securitization due diligence Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license, or progress toward licensure
