Certification Technician IAs a Certification Technician I, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside senior technicians while building the skills needed to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring safety, compliance, and customer confidence at every site you support.What You Will Be DoingCertify and test HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at customer sites • Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations using specialized tools • Communicate testing results clearly and professionally to customers • Accurately record and upload testing data and documentation • Work closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to support service schedulesWhat We Are Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED required • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience • Valid driver's license with a good driving record • Ability to travel domestically up to 60%What You Will Need for SuccessStrong safety mindset and attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability • Comfort using computers and Windows-based software • Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you don't meet every qualification but feel you'd be a great fit, we encourage you to apply or share this opportunity with your network.
