In this role you will develop, document, and improve shell building processes, monitor production parameters, and lead root-cause problem solving to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to qualify new materials and tooling, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and safety.
