Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the vision, direction and leadership of the company.
- Provide overall accountability for business strategy and planning, including operational execution to deliver short- and long-term results.
- Drive and execute the value-creation plan and be prepared to roll up sleeves to implement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Two to three years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
- MBA from a leading program.
- Military experience is strongly preferred.
