Cocoon is building a US presence with a hands-on Associate Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. You will own the people and talent function, run business operations for a fast-scaling company, and lead the setup of US facilities. Travel 1-2 weeks per month between the US locations and London HQ.
This role offers breadth, direct decision-making access, and a clear growth path as Cocoon scales its US operations and demonstrates its first commercial facility rollout.
