A premier healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a growing post-acute hospital in the Las Vegas market. This executive will oversee all aspects of hospital operations, drive financial and clinical performance, strengthen physician and community relationships, and build a high-performing leadership team focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Details
- Provide overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership for a 50-bed post-acute hospital
- Drive hospital performance, growth initiatives, and patient satisfaction outcomes
- Lead and develop an interdisciplinary leadership team
- Oversee hospital budgets, P&L performance, and operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
- Foster strong relationships with physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase patient volume and market presence
- Monitor clinical quality indicators and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence throughout the organization
- Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational objectives
- Manage staffing, operational efficiencies, and resource allocation
- Lead organizational change efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
