Central Valley Field Organizer — Grassroots Advocate

Working Families Party is seeking a California Organizer to build grassroots support across the Central Valley and other CA regions. The role involves recruiting members and volunteer leaders, training canvass and phone banking volunteers, and developing strategies with allies and staff.

This hybrid position requires organizing in person at locations within Inland Empire, LA/OC, Bay Area, Sacramento, or Central Valley, with some travel and collaboration across regions.
