Knowledge and Experience We Value
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to monitor alarm signals and dispatch appropriate authorities for residential and commercial customers
- Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing calls to verify alarm events
- Ability to assist customers with alarm system questions or issues
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document alarm events and customer interactions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Professional communication skills with the ability to maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor when speaking with customers, 911 dispatchers, and first responders during burglar and life safety events
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Criminal background check
