About the Role

As our Central Oregon Location Manager, you'll be the face of 4th Generation Painting in your market. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on running a tight operation, building genuine client relationships, and taking real ownership of their territory. Responsibilities

• Oversee all painting operations across the Central Oregon market
• Recruit, lead, and develop a local crew that reflects our company values
• Manage job scheduling, project timelines, and quality control on every site
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Conduct estimates and close new business
• Communicate regularly with company leadership on performance, goals, and growth
• Represent the 4th Generation Painting brand with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the painting industry or a related skilled trade
• Proven leadership or management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an ownership mentality
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and on job sites regularly
