Central Lab Operations Leader

Nektar seeks a Manager, Clinical Lab Management to lead central laboratory vendor oversight and clinical sample management for multiple studies. You will ensure regulatory compliance, timely data delivery, and robust sample handling throughout start-up to close-out.

You will partner with CROs and cross-functional teams to design sample flows, manage plans, and mentor junior staff, while upholding GxP and ICH/GCP standards.
