This position will be responsible for billing Central Billing Accounts related to Commercial Tire's Strategic Accounts. This position will be responsible for actual billing and ensuring the accuracy of such billing.
The Billing Specialist will also assist with projects, work with the Strategic Account Team on reconciliation issues. Beyond Central Billing duties, this person will explore and recommend ways to enhance our customers overall experience related to customer invoices, statements, and related processes.Job ResponsibilitiesCentral Billing accounts process creation and documentation.Maintaining the billing system and customer recordsGenerating invoicesMaintaining accounts receivable files and recordsAssist with producing certain monthly metrics reportsInvestigating and resolving any irregularities or questions/disputesWork with stores, dealers, and the sales department with billing questionsOther duties as assignedCompetencies and SkillsAttention to DetailBusiness AcumenProcess ManagementListeningWork well with all levels of staffStrong Microsoft Suite skills – focus on Excel.Qualifications – preferred18 years of age or older (required)Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record (required)5 plus years' experience in businessExperience in a growing team environment desired
