Center Therapy Director - Lead Physical Therapy & Growth

Concentra seeks a Center Therapy Director to lead outpatient physical therapy services within a community-focused clinic. You will guide therapy interventions for injured individuals, collaborate with medical and operational teams, and champion Concentra’s early intervention model in acute rehabilitation.

You will work with the Center Leadership team to grow the business, ensure high-quality patient outcomes, and maintain compliant, patient-centered care in a clinical environment.
