Center Store Leader: Operational Excellence & Training

Casey’s Center Store Manager role is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving operational excellence and strong team engagement. You’ll train and empower staff, ensure accurate inventory, perform audits, manage invoices, and maintain vendor partnerships to keep product available.

The role requires partnership with the Store Manager, constant guest focus, and a proactive approach to safety, task completion, and store operations in a fast-paced environment.
