Center Operations Leader for Growth & Care

Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director in Beaverton, Oregon. This role oversees operations, staffing, clinical coordination, and family experience across centers, driving growth and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include scheduling Behavior Technicians, coordinating assessments, guiding center processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and policy standards. Strong leadership, 2–5 years in ops, and a background in P&L are preferred.
