KidStrong Leesburg is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a busy center, grow member impact, and drive daily operations. You will manage a team of coaches, oversee sales and customer experience, and ensure high-quality programming for children.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, coach 3–5 classes weekly, and lead community engagement. Weekend availability is required as the center owner, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding network.
