Center General Manager: Lead Coaches, Grow Memberships

KidStrong Litchfield Park is seeking a General Manager to lead our center, motivate coaches, and deliver an exceptional experience for families. You’ll set goals, train staff, and drive sales performance while reducing member attrition.

This role oversees center operations, coaching programs, events, and community relations. Strong leadership, scheduling, and people skills are essential to build a high-energy, safety-conscious environment for children ages walking to 11.
