Director of Behavioral Health Services (Center Director)

Role Summary

Are you an experienced, forward-thinking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to step into a prestigious leadership position that balances advanced clinical direction with operational mastery? We are actively expanding and seeking a dynamic Director of Behavioral Health Services (Center Director) to take the helm at our established therapy centers. In this central leadership role, you will transition away from a heavy direct-service schedule to become a true executive mentor—guiding other BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), shaping clinical strategy, and ensuring elite, evidence-based care delivery. By managing a small, highly select clinical caseload alongside your administrative responsibilities, you will stay firmly connected to patient outcomes while driving macroscopic center growth. If you are a collaborative communicator dedicated to empowering clinicians and supporting neurodiverse children and their families, we invite you to lead our expanding network!

Duties & Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Team Mentorship

Staff Empowerment: Provide dedicated supervisory oversight, clinical mentorship, and career training to an interdisciplinary team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.

Clinician Coaching: Accelerate employee growth through structured, hands-on clinical coaching and the development of clear professional advancement paths.

Operational Governance & Strategic Execution

Performance Partnerships: Partner closely with regional operational executives to build high-performing, financially sound center workflows that align with key organizational benchmarks.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and enforce strict compliance with all local health regulations, behavioral analysis board standards, and internal corporate guidelines.

Positive Workspace Culture: Foster a vibrant, highly collaborative, and encouraging center atmosphere designed to optimize patient outcomes and maximize staff retention.

Required Qualifications

Credentials: Active, unrestricted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a highly related clinical field.

Supervisory Depth: Demonstrated professional experience supervising and evaluating clinical staff (BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs).

Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work within the United States without sponsorship.

Desired Qualifications

Executive Leadership: Previous experience operating as a Center Director, Associate Medical Director, or clinical manager is strongly preferred.

Dispersed Collaboration: Strong track record of working successfully within multi-site, geographically dispersed provider networks.

Location and Work Type

Work Setting: 100% Center-based clinical and operational hub setting.

Flexible Schedule Options: Standard center hours. Upon successfully onboarding and meeting initial regional performance goals, you become eligible for an exceptional 4-day work week OR a hybrid 1-remote day / 4-center day schedule!

Financial Baseline: Robust starting base salary of $95,000 USD annually.

Uncapped Performance Incentives: Take control of your earning capacity with a lucrative, uncapped monthly bonus plan tied directly to center operational success.

Guaranteed Year-End Reward: Enjoy peace of mind with a guaranteed $12,000 annual year-end bonus written into your contract.
