  • Lead and manage all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations
  • Execute BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic
  • Plan, lead, and deliver regular team meetings
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting
  • Identify and facilitate resolution of issues and conflicts within the center
  • Ensure clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training
  • Manage site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines
  • Cultivate staff development and set clear performance expectations
  • Establish staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts
  • Develop community partnerships with BrightView’s Outreach teams
  • Ensure collaboration with the Quality department partner
  • Fulfill the Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed
  • Follow and enforce federal, state, and local healthcare requirements
  • Lead new staff onboarding and training

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or 2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to build a team-centric environment and cultivate collaboration in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Competence working with a diverse population of colleagues and patients
  • Problem-solving ability with a sense of urgency
  • Professionalism and conflict-management skills
  • Adaptability within a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Empathy and compassion for supporting patients’ recovery journeys
  • High integrity and compliance with work standards and regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience with harm reduction is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
